Obituary of Joan Beryl Bracey
BRACEY, Joan Beryl (nee Marlow)
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loving mom, Joan, after a brief illness, at the Kingston General Hospital, on Thursday, July 11, 2019, at the age of 83. Joan, beloved wife of the late David Ross Bracey (2001). Loving Mom of Frances Bracey, Jacqueline Morettin (Mark), Annette Bracey, all of Alberta and Kenneth Bracey (Evelyn) of Kingston. Adoring Grandma of Erica (Eric), Michael, Quinn (Kayleen), Candice (Kyle), Jena and Lindsay and 8 great grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her siblings in the UK, Pamela (Terry), Margaret (Allan), Sylvia Billingham (Tony) and David Marlow (Christine) and their families, as well as her dear cousin Mary Burnley. Joan enjoyed her career working with the elderly and was passionate about her many volunteer activities including the V.O.N., the Sault Public Library, Meals on Wheels and the Girl Guides. She also enjoyed knitting and provided many premature babies with warm booties. In keeping with Joan’s wishes cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Joan
