It is with great sadness
that the family of the late JESSIE
SAVOURY of Grand Bank announce
her passing at St. Clare’s Hospital in St. John’s
on Saturday, July 27th at the age of 66. Leaving to mourn
with fond and loving memories are; son, Roy Savoury of Grand Bank;
daughters, Vanessa Savoury (Gerard Pittman) of St. John’s,
Joanne Savoury (Tony Hatcher) of Grand Bank; sister, Carson Howse
(Len) of Ontario; brother, John House (Joanne) of Grand Bank; 4
grandchildren, Janelle, Justin, Jeremy, Shianne; plus a large circle
of family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur;
parents, Edward & Rose House; brother, Charle House; sisters,
Gladys Warren, Aggie White & Mary
Keeping.
The Savoury family will
be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Grand
Bank on Monday, July 29th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm and Tuesday,
July 30th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm & 7:00pm to
9:00pm. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, July
31st at 2:00 pm from Grand Bank United
Church. Interment to follow in the United
Church Cemetery, Grand Bank.
In
Jessie’s memory, donations may be made to a charity
of one’s choice or the Grand Bank United Church Cemetery
fund. No flowers by request.
