It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of JAMES (JIM) HARRY HORKULAK on July 19, 2019 at the age of 88 years.
Jim is survived by his wife of 54 years, Marie; Son Jamie (wife Sandi), and his 2 grandchildren, Samantha and Ethan.
Memorial Service for Jim will be held on Thursday, July 25th, 2019 @ 11:00 Am with Pastor Jerry Ascher officiating.
A luncheon will follow the service.
Meadowlands Baptist Church
2215-17 street NW, Edmonton AB
A private Interment at South Haven Cemetery will be held after the luncheon.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Unit 51 at the Grey Nuns Hospital for the care Jim received while he stayed there.
