The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by family members,
at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Saturday June 29, 2019 of
James Edwin Simmons of Darnley, aged 78 years. Edwin is
survived by his wife Margaret (nee Crafer), children Beverly
(Fred Hillier), Marla (Hesham El Sayad) and Shelley (Warren Reynolds),
his grandchildren, Christopher, Keira, and Emily Jollimore and
great-grandchildren Kayden, Kameron, Karson and Dylan, brothers-in-law
Robert (Gloria) Crafer and Jimmy (Eva) Crafer. Edwin was
born in Darnley on November 2, 1940 son on the late Fulton and Annie
(Woodside) Simmons. Also predeceased by his father-in-law and
mother-in-law, Keir and Clara (MacKenzie) Crafer and brother-in-law
John Crafer.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation
on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Friday in the
Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment in
People’s Cemetery Malpeque. Family Flowers only.

Foundation or Malpeque People’s Cemetery
Fund.
