Heidi Dandurand July 6th 2019

DANDURAND, Heidi
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Heidi (Hougan) Dandurand announce her passing on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at the Red Deer Hospice. Heidi was born in Red Deer, Alberta to Margaret (Hemphill) and Dennis Hougan on June 6, 1960. Heidi spent the majority of her life in Red Deer. When she wasn’t at the cabin at Pigeon Lake, you could most likely find her boating with family and friends in eastern Canada and more recently on the west coast or travelling with her family all over the world. Her infectious laugh and glowing smile will be missed by all who knew her. Heidi is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Rachelle Dandurand (Leonard Johnson) of Warburg; son, Ryan Dandurand (Carmen Ng); mother, Margaret Hougan; brother, Leif (Tita) Hougan and their family, all of Red Deer. Heidi was predeceased by her husband, Michel in 2014 and by her father, Dennis Hougan in 2017. A Celebration of Life will be held at Bo’s Bar & Grill, south Red Deer on Friday, July 12, 2019 at 3:00 pm. Please wear something red or that sparkles as requested by Heidi. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Red Deer Hospice Society, 99 Arnot Avenue, Red Deer, AB T4A 3S6. Arrangements in care of Alternatives Funeral & Cremation Services.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Heidi Dandurand July 6th 2019..
