COPE, Harry (Chick) James It is with great sadness that we note the passing of Harry (Chick) James Cope peacefully at Fox Ridge Care Community in Brantford on July 5, 2019 in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of the late Thelma Helene Cope (Sammons). Loving father to Kevin (Melody) and Shaunalea. Predeceased by his two sisters Dorothy and Helen and brother Donald. Survived by sisters-in-law Betty and Loretta. Grandpa to Cassandra (James), Jordan (Jacqueline) and Patrick and great-grandpa to Alexis, Mackenzie and Adelaide. Harry will be remembered by a number of nieces and nephews. Harry was a veteran of the second world war. Special thanks are given to the staff and direct care givers at Fox Ridge Care Community in Brantford for their support and care given to our beloved father. Cremation has already taken place and as per Harry’s wishes no service will be held. In lieu of flowers please donate to the charity of your choice.
