Doris Isabel Bayda
It is with heavy hearts the family of Doris Isabel Bayda announces her passing on July 21, 2019 at the age of 89 years. Isabel will always be remembered by her husband, Bill; children, Donna, Beverly (Ric), Mary Lou (Gary), and Donald; grandchildren, Shelby, Haley, Gavin and Carson; sister, Jo Cortus; and brother, Fred (Mavis); sisters-in-law, Mary (Fred) Muranetz and Sally Bayda; brothers-in-law, Albert (Monica) Bayda and John HoIowaychuk; and numerous nieces and nephews. Isabel was predeceased by her parents, Elise and Andrew Roberts; brother, Bob (Jeannine); and brothers-in-law, Art Cortus and Julian Bayda. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at St. Joseph’s Hospice for their excellent care. Divine Liturgy Saturday, July 27 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Basil’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, 7007-109 Street, Edmonton with interment to follow at Rosehill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
