Claude Weldon Collicutt
1928-2019
The death occurred peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit of
the Western Hospital, Alberton, on Friday, July 12, 2019, with his
loving family by his side, of Claude Weldon Collicutt, of O’Leary and
formerly of Alberton, aged 91 years. Beloved husband of the late
Dorothy (nee Hart) Collicutt. Born at Burton, Lot. 7, PE, on
September 4, 1928, he was the son of the late Weldon and Loretta M.
(Baglole) Collicutt.
Dear father to Beverley (Ray) Arsenault of Cascumpec, Lois
(Roy) Arsenault of Cascumpec, Allison of Alberton, Donnie of Alberton,
Blair (Yvette) of St. Raphael, and Claudia (Bruce) Gallant of
Huntley. He will be sadly missed by his 11 grandchildren and
by his great-grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers Wesley
Collicutt and Lorne Collicutt, both of Charlottetown.
He was predeceased by a sister Olive MacKenzie, and by
brothers John and Millage.
Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Funeral Sunday
from the E. Gerald Rooney Memorial Chapel for funeral service at 3:00
p.m., Kathy Parks, Student Minister, officiating. Interment at the
West Point Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Visiting hours Sunday, 12:00
noon until time of funeral.
