Rouyn-Noranda: Est décédé au CISSS AT de Rouyn-Noranda le 4 juillet 2019, à l’âge de 95 ans, M. Clément Chouinard, domicilié à Rouyn-Noranda, fils de feu Napoléon Chouinard et de feu Marie Gaignard.
M. Chouinard laisse dans le deuil son épouse Lorraine Smith; ses enfants: Claire (Denis Arguin), Gisèle (Gaétan Trasente), Réal, Lise (Dany Lafrenière) et Lucie (Michel Brisson); il était également le père de feu Lucille (feu Roch Mastromatteo); ses 9 petits-enfants; ses 15 arrière-petits-enfants; ses beaux-frères et belles-soeurs, ses neveux et nièces ainsi que de nombreux parents et amis (es).
La famille tient à remercier le Dr. Michelle Benoit pour son soutien et ses soins prodigués.
Un don à la Fondation du Sourire de Martin serait apprécié.
