In peace at last, at the age of 87 years, with loving care at Ruddy Shenkman Hospice surrounded by his family on Tuesday, July 2, 2019. Born on January 1, 1932 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Loving husband of Lise (nee Dekker). Adoring father of Jeffrey Babelowsky and Jennifer (John) Geleta. Proud grandfather of Jason (Kathy). Sadly missed by sisters Frederika, Anna Maria (Cher) Turel, Pauline (Nico) Hoogland, and numerous nephews and cousins in the Netherlands. Predeceased by his mother Helena Antonia Maria Babeliowsky (Pryden), father Bernardus Joannes Antonius Babeliowsky, and sister Markye Babeliowsky (Cadoret). Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Sahajpal and the wonderful staff at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, floor 3D team, Doctors and nurses and all the wonderful volunteers at Ruddy Shenkman for their loving care and support.
