Arthur Youngson
Died peacefully on July 14, 2019 at Huron Lodge Home for Seniors. Art was born August 7, 1921 in Aberdeen Scotland and was the husband of the late Elsie (2013). Loving father to Gina (Jim) McKenney, and Art (Elaine) Youngson. Cherished grandfather to Jamie (Ashby) McKenney, Rosemary (Aaron) Wagner, Amy Dufour, Art (Danielle) Youngson, Allan (Danielle) Youngson and nine great-grandchildren.
Art was retired from Ford Motor Company and served in the RCAF during WWII. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 594. Art and Elsie were founding members of St. Matthew’s Anglican Church. Special thanks and appreciation to the staff and volunteers at Huron Lodge for their years of care to Art & Elsie.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or Gideons International in Canada would be appreciated.
