Anna Manuel Duplessis June 6th, 1927 – July 29th, 2019
Anna Manuel Duplessis widow oflate Arthur Duplessis of Bellefond, NB, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Monday, July 29th, 2019, at the age of 92.
Born in Baie Sainte Anne, NB, on June 6th, 1927, Anna was the daughter of the late Joseph and Appoline (Manuel) Manuel.
Anna is survived by her four daughters Anne-Marie Carrier (Gary), Julia Morris (Richard), Linda Cortright (Bradley) and Lisa Duplessis (Gordon) and one son Vincent (Dianne Morris), one brother Leonard Manuel (Doris), seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Besides her husband, Arthur and parents, Joseph and Appoline, Anna was predeceased by her son Richard Duplessis, brothers Ernest, Angus and Vincent Manuel and infant sister Rita.
The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home, 102 Pleasant Street, Miramichi, NB, on Thursday, August 1st, 2019, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 2nd, 2019, at 11:00 am from the L’Ascension Roman Catholic Church, 1913 Beaverbrook Road, Beaverbrook, NB, with Father Paul LeBlanc officiating.
Interment will follow in the L’Ascension Roman Catholic Church Cemetery, Beaverbrook, NB.
