Passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on July 23, 2019 at the age of 48 years.
Loving son to Francesca and the late Giuseppe Peri (2000). Beloved brother to Maria and husband Kris Brocklebank. Angelo will be missed by his niece Megan and nephew Kristian.
Angelo’s family would like to send a very special thank you to Dr. Bergeron, nurses and staff at Hospice and the nurses at Paramed especially Paula. Your kindness and compassion will always be remembered.
If you so desire, memorial donations to Hospice of Windsor would be appreciated by the family. Cremation has taken place. A private family service was held at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841. Share memories, photos or make a donation at www.FamiliesFirst.ca
