MILLER, Alan H.
Went to be with the Lord on July 20, 2019 in his 93rd year. Loving husband of 57 years to Evelyn Miller (Taylor) of Bruce Mines. Father to Alan P. and D.J. (Glenn Martin) and grandfather to Cody, Andrew, Alana and Taylor. Special uncle to Jack and Helen Foster of Toronto, Norma Jean Armstrong (the late John) of Bruce Mines, Bill and Fran Thornton of Massey, Rosi and Ed Strassine and Paul and Anne Mitchell both of England. Fondly missed by great nieces and nephews John, Rob, Mark, Barbara, Tammy and Candice, and those overseas. His sense of humour and willingness to always help others will be missed by many friends and neighbours.
The family would like to thank the wonderful doctors and nurses at the Thessalon Hospital and all the friends and family who have been so supportive and helpful in many practical ways.
In lieu of flowers, donations are gratefully directed to Light Haven Christian Home in Bruce Mines. Charitable receipts will be provided.
All are invited to Thessalon Bible Chapel on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 6:30 pm for the visitation, followed immediately by a funeral service at 7:30 pm. Arrangements entrusted to Beggs Funeral Home www.beggsfh.com
