Adam Robert Dennis Ludwig in his 24th year tragically passed away on July 6, 2019. Loving father to his daughter Emily and his fur baby Ryder. Beloved son and stepson of Kim Ludwig and Frank De Jonckheere and cherished brother to Matthew Ludwig (Tara Simon). He will be greatly missed by his grandparents Fred and Rose Ludwig, uncles Michael Ludwig and Mark Ludwig and cousins Michaela Johnstone and Nicholas Ludwig. Following cremation a memorial service will be held at THE FERRIS FUNERAL HOME, 214 Norfolk St., S., Simcoe on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Dan Abraham officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations to the Emily Ludwig Trust A/C: RBC 04662-5002480, Canadian MPN Research foundation or charity of choice would be appreciated.
