MCMARTIN, Anne
On June 29th, 2019, Anne McMartin of Dapp, AB passed away at the age of 89 years.
Anne is survived by her loving family, husband Clarence; son Alvin (Carol) and daughter Dixie (Gerard Lamoureux); 4 grandchildren, Samantha, Adam, Alexis and Tara; 9 great grandchildren; her sisters Olga (Gordon) and Helen; and her brother Don; as well as numerous family and friends.
Anne was born on August 17th, 1929 in Fort William, Ontario. In 1950 she married Clarence at Ditton Park, Saskatchewan and in 1970 moved to Alberta. On April 18th, 2019 they celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary.
Anne had a great passion for the outdoors, travelling, gardening, woodlore, flowers and heartfelt, generous love for her family and valued friends. She will be dearly missed. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 8th, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Westlock Funeral Chapel with Pastor Marjorie Steele officiating with interment in the Peaceful Pines Cemetery in Rochester.
