WIEBE, Eva (nee Chorostkowska) 1940 – 2019 – formerly of Delhi, passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Tuesday, July 23rd, 2019 in her 80th year. Beloved wife of the late Henry Wiebe (2017). Loving mother of Gerry Wiebe (Rebecca) of Simcoe and Elvira Malendowicz of Poland. Cherished grandmother of Jack Wiebe, Justyna Malendowicz, David Malendowicz and great grandmother of Mikolaj Aleksander Radomski. Eva will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Halina Rynkowska and by her twin brothers Lucjan & Andrzej Chorostkowska, all of Poland. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews & extended family. Prior to her retirement, Eva owned & operated the Dell Motel in Delhi for over 40 years. Friends are invited to share their memories of Eva with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Monday, July 29th, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel following visitation at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Raymond Thompson officiating.
