It is with broken hearts that the family of the late
ROBERT NOFTALL of Fortune announces his passing. Robert
passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center in Burin on July
23rd, 2019 at the age of
82. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories
are his wife Mary of 62 years; sons, Gary Noftall (Helen) of Grand
Bank, Douglas Noftall (Yvonne) of Fortune, and David Noftall (Dawn) of
Fortune; daughter, Glenda Bolt (Murray) of Garnish; 6
grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren; brothers, Wm. Noftall
(Irene) and Val Martin (Gilberte); sisters, Mary Chafe and Bonnie
Martin-Alderson; plus a large circle of extended family and
friends. Robert was predeceased by his parents, Albert and
Evelyn Noftall; brothers, Baxter, Tom, and Walter.
The Noftall Family will be accepting visitors at
Wiseman’s Funeral Homes in Fortune on Thursday, July
25th and Friday, July
26th from 2-4 pm & 7-9
pm. Funeral Service will take place at Salvation
Army Citadel in Fortune on Saturday, July
27th at 2:00
p.m.
Interment to follow at
the Salvation Army Cemetery in Fortune.
In Robert’s
memory donations may be made to the Salvation Army Building
Fund.
