Michael J. Walsh, 61, of Moncton, passed away peacefully at his residence on Monday, March 25, 2019.
Born in Chatham, he was the son of the late Frank and Anna (Buggie) Walsh.
Michael was a Crossing Guard (Vaughan Harvey side) for students attending Queen Elizabeth School. He loved his dogs, walking and biking.
Michael will be sadly missed by his wife of 40 years, Dolores Walsh; sons, Jeremy Walsh (Kelly) of Yellowknife, NWT and Ryan Walsh of China; sisters, Bernie Walsh, Theresa Donaher (Joe), Libby Deveau, Veronica Walsh (Bernard), Agnes Mullin (Johnny), Mary Johnson (Neil), Colleen Walsh and Rita Donovan; brothers, Peter Walsh (Phyllis) and Bernard Walsh (Sue), as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Saint Bridget’s Roman Catholic Church, Renous, on Monday, July 22nd, 2019, at 11 AM with Father Dan Bastarache officiating.
In memory of Michael, donations to the Greater Moncton SPCA would be appreciated.
