Emérentienne “Amy” Ouellette (Léveillé)
Ouellette, Emérentienne “Amy” – With sadness the family announces the death of Mrs Emérentienne “Amy” Ouellette at the age of 95 years, Mrs Ouellette passed away at Temiskaming Hospital, Thursday, July 11, 2019 with her loving family by her side.
Born March 14, 1924 to the late Joseph Edouard Léveillé and the late Rose Alma Huberdeau. Many will remember Amy from her many years operation Ouellette Confectionery located at Mileage 104 in Coleman Township. She is remembered as a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and friend.
Predeceased by her parents, her husband William Ouellette, her grandson Delbert Taylor, sons-in-law Ernie Taylor and Fred Larkin as well as her siblings: Graziella Léveillé, Marie-Flore Caron, Yvette Savoie, Ovila “Lefty” Léveillé and Marie-Ange Albert. Left to mourn are her loving children: Jeannine Taylor [Jerry Shepherdson], Aline [Vince] Gabbani, Lucille Larkin [Bob St-Don], Gisèle [Léo] Bélanger, Patricia [Joël] Boucher, Hélène [late Jim] Davey, Marielle [Robert] Dugas, Daniel Ouellette [Nellie Joseph] and Denise [Mike] Martel.
The Ouellette family will welcome friends at the Buffam Leveille Funeral Home, Sunday, July 14, 2019 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and Monday, July 15, 2019 beginning at 9:00 am. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Holy Cross Catholic Church, Monday, July 15, 2019 at 11:00 am. Father Cyril Kaddo-Paclibar officiating. Memorial contributions to Temiskaming Hospital Palliative Care or Community Living Temiskaming South [cheques only] will be gratefully acknowledged.
