At his residence, Scotch Ridge, NB., Wednesday, July 10, 2019, John B. Richard, husband of Juliet M. Richard passed away with his family at his side.
Born in Rogersville, NB., son of Bertha (Gallant) Richard and the late Andre J. Richard.
In addition to his wife and mother, John is survived by his children: Christopher of Ontario, Mark (Brenda) of Prince George, BC., Rochelle Dufour (Gary) of Tower Hill, NB., Jason (Jenn) of Scotch Ridge, NB., grandchildren: Jennifer (Rob), Ethan, Hailey, Nadine (Kody), Johnathon (Jessica), Cassandra (Colby), Gabrielle and Isaac, great- grandchildren, Jami and Silas, siblings: Allan (Nancy), Gerry (Yvonne), Len (Barbara), Roger (Louise), Eugene (Rejeanne), Ron (Lorraine), Laurie (Janice), Irene (Robert), Geraldine (Wayne), Laurina (Fred), Elise (Dale), Louise (Ray), Claudine (Rick) and Claudette (Robert), several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
John was predeceased by his father, daughter-in-law, Karen Hamilton- Richard, two grandsons: Joshua and Vernon.
In keeping with John’s wishes, there will be no funeral service held. The family will receive friends at The S. O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen NB. on Saturday, July 13, 2019 from 2-4 PM.
For those who wish, donations in John’s memory may be made to the Charlotte County Cancer Society or a charity of one’s choice.
