Obituary
Helen Valerie Collins (nee Milford) passed away July 6, 2019 at home, after a brave struggle against breast cancer. She will be greatly missed by husband Brian, daughters Karen (Tim Ford), Krista (Mark MacIsaac), and grandchildren, Claire, Logan and Diana. Helen loved her family, home, travelling, scrapbooking, gardening, baking and her many friends. She sends her love to all her friends especially those in the crafty crew and celiac tea group. We thank Dr. Shirling and Dr. Hsu and the staff at the at the Queensway Carleton and General hospitals who have taken care of her through her illness. A reception will be held at Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, on Sunday, July 14 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to celebrate her life and share memories of her. Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society. Online condolences may be made at www.colefuneralservices.com.
