Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, Shirley Spurrell (nee Giles) was Promoted to Glory from Hamilton General Hospital, Hamilton on Sunday, April 14, 2019. Shirley was the beloved wife of Bram for 26 years. Loving mother of Marion Sager, Richard (Leona) Sager and Arthur Sager. Dear grandmother of Chris, Dean, Lance, Ryan, Danny, Amanda, Crystal and Becky. Great grandma of Sydney and Blake. Sister of Violet Henry, Josephine Harper, Jim Giles and Robert Prior. Daughter in law of Diane Jackson. The family will receive friends at The Salvation Army Mountain Citadel, 835 Stone Church Road, Hamilton. on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 from 6-8 pm. The funeral service for Shirley will be held at Mountain Citadel on Wednesday, April 17 at 11 a.m. Interment White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
