With great sadness due to a tragic accident we announce the passing of Jacob at 19 years of age on Saturday, June 22, 2019. Beloved son of Brad and Tammy, and dear big brother of Ethan.
Grandson of Harvey and Judy Woodhouse and the late Harold and Joan Aspden.
Jacob will be sadly missed by his uncles and aunts Bryan (Keri), Clint (Cindy), Scott (Patti), and also by his cousins.
Jacob was doing what he enjoyed most on a sunny day, fishing with a friend.
A celebration of life will be held at the home he loved and grew up in on Sunday, July 7, 2019 from 12-4 p.m. Please call Joanne 905-928-6682 for more information if needed. Please come casual as it is a backyard event, just the way Jake would have wanted. Donations made to Ontario Standardbred Adoption Society (OSAS) would be appreciated.
