It is with heavy hearts that the families of Geraldine (Gerri) Elizabeth Parsons announce her passing at the Bonne Bay Health Centre, in Norris Pt, NL, on Friday, June 14th, 2019 at the age of 72 years.
Gerri will be sadly missed by her loving husband; Arch Dollimount, her children; Lori Decker (Terry), Tara Hansen (Rob), Mandy Dollimount, and Tim Dollimount (Lori), her grandchildren; Landon Decker (Trinda), Garrett Decker (Luella), Evan Hansen and Maddie Landry, her great grandchildren; Kallie Decker and Jack Decker, her siblings; Madelyn Wentzell, and Margaret Burden (Milton), sisters-in-law; Sarah Payne, Gladys Dollimount, Sybil Dollimount, Eileen Dollimount, and Violet Green. Gerri was predeceased by her loving parents; Alexander and Pearl Parsons, brother; Ralph Parsons, sister-in-law; Martha Parsons, and brother-in-law; Angus Wentzell. Also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, extended family and friends.
We would like to invite family and friends of Gerri, for visitation on Monday, June 17th, 2019 from the hours of 10 am- 1:00 pm, at Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL, where also the memorial service will take place form on Monday, June 17th, 2019 at 1:00 pm, with Deacon Green officiating. In keeping with Gerri wishes cremation has taken place and the Inurnment will take place a later date.
