It is with great sadness that the families of the late Elizabeth (Betty) Thornhill announce her peaceful passing on Tuesday, June 11th, 2019 in her 68th year.
Betty dedicated her life to caring for others, her parents, grandmother and second mother to Matthew, Michael and Randy Coles. She loved animals and fed any animal who came into her garden. She was a very dedicated person to God and generous to many. She loved to attend family gatherings and always took pictures, she loved for people to visit. Her love and dedication to God and family was her priority in life.
Betty leaves to mourn with so many memories her father Charles, Sister Leta Wall (Tim), nieces Natasha (Mark) Gibson, Natalie (Daniel) Pinsent, great nieces Niya, Nala, and Neva and great nephew Mattias. Her furry friends Muffy and Junior, the caregivers Delora, Tamara, Josie and Marguerite, aunts, uncle’s cousins and many friends. Visitation will take place from 12-1 where a family service will take place on Saturday, June 15th, 2019 at 2pm. from Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 North main Street Deer Lake. Interment to take place at the family plot in Parsons Pond.
