Life Legacy
PIGEAU, Annette Mabel (nee Ross) – Passed away peacefully at Hospice Niagara on Thursday June 27, 2019 in her 88th year. Loving wife of the late Donald Pigeau (1981). Devoted mother of Mark (Denise), Ross (Carol McCann), Joanne Sovar (Ernie), Janet Racy (Tim), Barry (Mina) and daughter-in-law Katie Truscott. Annette dearly loved her eleven grandchildren; Nicole, Adam, Timothy, Nicholas, Renée, Nadia, Scott, Kristoffer, Romana, Bruce and Celine, and absolutely cherished her twelve great-grandchildren. She was the loving sister of Paul Ross (Lucille) and sister-in-law of Donna Ross, Muriel Denis (Ray) and Jeanine Marcotte (Conrad) – who was her best and most inseparable friend. Predeceased by her father Raoul and mother Célina, as well as her siblings; Fern Ross, Isabelle Plate (Alcide) and Roland Ross (Claudette). Annette wanted us to celebrate her life rather than mourn her death. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff of Hospice Niagara, where she received excellent, loving care until the end of her life. Arrangements entrusted to PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls. In keeping with Annette’s wishes, there will be no public visitation period. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 12:30 pm at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, with the Rite of Committal to follow at Lundy’s Lane Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church would be appreciated by her family. Online condolences at www.pattersonfuneralhome.com
