Passed away peacefully at Twin Oaks Nursing Home, Maryhill, on Saturday, June 8th, 2019 in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Charlie Hattle (2003) and the late Harold Buchan (1978). Predeceased by her parents Ernest & Iva Tosh. Loving Mother to Ivan Buchan(Judy), Isabelle Cudney (Grant), Murray Buchan (Linda) & Step mother to Bill Hattle (Brenda) Ron Hattle, Daughter-in-law Carole Ann & Floanne Hattle. Dearly loved by all her grandchildren, great grandchildren & step grandchildren. Dear sister of Elwood Tosh(Lois), Mary Tosh, Margaret Skerritt, Beatrice Bell, Jean Early, Thelma Beaver (Kenneth) Mildred. Sister-in-law to Doris & Evelyn Tosh. Predeceased by her step sons Tom & David Hattle, brothers Norman & wife Mary, Tom & Cliff Tosh, brother-in-law Gordon Skerritt, Ian Norrish, Don Early & Bill Bell. We want to thank the kind & compassionate staff at the Twin Oaks Nursing home, even though she was only there for a short time. Prior to going to Twin Oaks she thoroughly enjoyed being a resident of the Highland Manor Retirement Home in Fergus for the past 4 years. Funeral Service for Aileen will be conducted at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 325 St. George St. West in Fergus, on Tuesday, June 11th, 2019 at 2:00pm, with visitation from 12:00pm. Interment to take place at Belsyde Cemetery, followed by reception at St. Andrew’s Church. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Groves Memorial Hospital in Fergus would be greatly appreciated.
