Susan’s Obituary
Surrounded by the love and support of her family, Susan Sylvester died peacefully at the Stedman Community Hospice in Brantford on May 1, 2019. She was 75 years of age. Predeceased by her beloved husband Dennis Allan Sylvester (2017). Cherished mother of Shawn Gibson (Michael), the late Lisa Dalpe, Julie Irvin (Scott) and Reid Sylvester. Forever remembered by her grandchildren Phil Dalpe (Marianne), Zac Dalpe (Cassandra), Ben Dalpe, Jessica Irvin and Lindsay Irvin and great-grandchildren Brooks and Avery. Cherished sister of Kim Parks (Deb) and Dawn Ronson (Tom). Much loved sister-in-law of Lorna Harrington. Survived by her son-in-law Paul Dalpe (Emily). Susan will be dearly missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
Susan was a Direct Sales Representative with Nutrimetics. She enjoyed almost 50 years of great friendship with “The Girls Club”.
Friends will be welcomed at the DWAYNE D. BUDGELL Funeral Home, 1105 Rest Road, on Friday May 10, 2019 from 7 – 9 p.m. In accordance with Susan’s wishes, cremation has already taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Stedman Community Hospice (www.sjlc.ca/stedman-community-hospice-1), in Susan’s memory, would be appreciated by the family.
