BALINT, Susan Irene- entered into rest peacefully surrounded by her family at Extendicare Kawartha Lakes in Lindsay on Friday, May 3, 2019. Susie (nee Hart), at the age of 88, was the beloved wife of the late Louis Balint (2008). Loving mother of Bob and his wife Carol of Ancaster, Ann Balint of Peterborough, Tom Balint and Catherine Hopwood of Ottawa and Laura and her husband Steve Cote of Lindsay. Proud and loving grandmother of Jeff, Alanna, Andrew, Tyler and Johnathan. Dear twin sister of Doug Hart and his wife Lue-Ann and Doris Hart, all of Scarborough, and predeceased by her brother Bill Hart. Dear sister-in-law of Rosie Deme and Cathy McCartney both of Huntingdon, Quebec. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. In keeping with Susie’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends are invited to visit at St. ANDREW’S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 40 William St. N., Lindsay on Wednesday, May 8 from 12:00 noon until time of a ‘Celebration of Life’ service in the church at 1:30 P.M.
