Sarah Noseworthy (Sally)
March 25, 1935 – May 19, 2019
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Sarah (Sally) Noseworthy, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and faithful friend announce her passing on Sunday, May 19, 2019. Sarah (Sally) passing peacefully away with her loving family by her side. Sarah is predeceased by her husband Robert (Bob cape) and her brother Bob (Marina). Left with fond and loving memories are her four children Anita (Richard), Sherrie, Laurel (Tony) and Todd (Tracey, her other daughter); sisters June (Curt) and Lucy (Garland); her precious grandchildren Adam, Jessie, Jennifer, Mitchell, Madison, Spencer and Faith; her great grandchild Nathan; special friends Barb Hudson, Rosalind Mulley, Fanny Hudson, Eileen Moores, Marina Noseworthy, Alicia Moores and her soul sister Beverly Wilcox; sisters and brothers-in-law; her aunt Lucy Jones as well as a large circle of friends and Bingo buddies who also mourn her passing.
Sally always had a smile and a kind word for everyone, her generosity and compassion knew no bounds. She volunteered in her community of Pouch Cove and was a member of the UCW, United Church in Pouch Cove. She loved to share a cup of tea with her UCW ladies. Her passion for life reflected in her love of people. She loved to make people laugh.
Sally was a gift not only to her family and friends, but to everyone who knew her. Please join us in remembering the life of a truly wonderful person who will always be loved and missed. It’s hard to forget someone who gave you so much to remember.
The family would like to thank Rev. Stuckless, her team of wonderful doctors, especially long-time family physician Dr. Adams, the wonderful nursing teams at St. Clare’s and the L.A. Miller Centre.
Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, TORBAY. Visitation on Tuesday, May 21 from 1 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Wednesday, May 22 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 2 p.m. from Memorial United Church, Pouch Cove. Interment to follow at the Memorial United Cemetery, Pouch Cove. Flowers gratefully accepted, or a donation may be made in Sally’s memory to Memorial United Church.
