Ruby Agnes Bulmer – (Member of St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Lindsay) ~ Passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Mary Street, in Lindsay on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 in her 98th year. Born on August 25, 1921 in Houghton, Saskatchewan, the daughter of the late Stanley and Nellie Thurston. Wife of the late Cecil Freeman Bulmer. She leaves to cherish her memory; her daughters Marie (the late John Bell), and Bernice (Norman Barnes), and her sons; Earl (Judy), Lorne, Douglas (Sharon), Gordon (Marie), Graham, David (Diana). Predeceased by her daughter Debbie, and son Don. Ruby will be greatly missed by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Sister of Lilian Wright, Irene McDonald, Ernest, Elmer, Ken, and Ross. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 29th from 2:00p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. at Celebrations, 35 Lindsay Street North, Lindsay. A funeral service will take place at Celebrations on Thursday, May 30th at 11:00a.m. with visitation one hour prior. Interment to follow at the Fenelon Falls Cemetery, Fenelon Falls. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ruby Bulmer to the Mount Horeb Cemetery, Reaboro or Caressant Care Nursing Home, Mary Street, Lindsay would be greatly appreciated by the family and may be made through the Mackey Funeral Home, or online at www.mackeys.ca
