GREGORY, Ronald Enos “Ron” ~ age 89, of Middleton, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 20, 2019 at Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown. Born in Young’s Cove, Annapolis Co., he was a son of the late Warren and Minetta “Mae” (Sarty) Gregory. Ron worked at Evans farms for many years. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking in his retirement years and enjoyed attending music jam sessions. Ron will be sadly missed by his daughter, Nora (Andrew) Coldwell, Bridgetown; sons William, Wilmot; Lionel (Robin), Nictaux and Tim (Ronna), Paradise; grandchildren Kevin, Stacey, Larissa, Katlyn, Ashley, Brandon and Kayla; great-grandchildren, Alana, Seth, Logan, Jaxon, Caroline, Rylan and Isla and sister, Grace Vidito. Besides his parents, Ron was predeceased by his wife, Evangeline Nora (Vidito); sisters, Lillian Idella in infancy; Vivia; Olga; Ida May and Margaret Verna; brothers, Harry Gregory; Malcolm Ira; Otis Warren; Murray Andrew; Henry James and Hubert Ivan. In keeping with Ron’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A family graveside service will take place in Condons Cemetery, Young’s Cove, at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to Condons Cemetery; Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown or the Alzheimer of Nova Scotia.
