PEAKES, Darryl Ottorino
September 22, 1946 – May 9, 2019
At the age of 72 years, Darryl Ottorino Peakes passed away with peace and grace on May 9th with his family by his side. Darryl was dearly loved by his wife Christine, daughters Julie and Jeanette (Wayne), grandchildren Matthew, Grace, Kenzie and many loyal and caring family and friends.
Darryl was born in Birmingham England and immigrated to Fort
McMurray Alberta in 1980. He enjoyed
hunting, fishing and cheering on the Edmonton Oilers. He will always be remembered as a loving
husband, father and grandad.
A Celebration of Darryl’s Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #15 (114 Fifth Ave, Cochrane, AB) on Thursday, May 16th. Doors open at 12pm and a service will commence at 1pm.
The family wishes to thank the staff at the Foothills Dialysis Unit, Dr. Cheng from the Tom Baker Cancer Centre, Dr. Quinn and nurses at the Sheldon Chumir Center and Dr Kawakami at the Rockyview General Hospital who helped give us an extra 6yrs with him.

He leaves us in rich memories.
