Passed away on Wednesday , May 1, 2019 at Miramichi Lodge in Pembroke, at the age of 87 years. Hugh was a graduate of the University of New Brunswick (Economics and Law). Son of the late Emma and Leonard Peacock of Little Shemogue New Brunswick. Married for 62 years, Hugh is survived by his loving wife, Laetitia Ann Tardiff, Pembroke, loving daughters , Dr. Susan Elizabeth Peacock Hacking (Dr. Roger), Lisa Peacock Boyuk (L/Col George) and granddaughters Olivia Laetitia and Farrah Susan Boyuk all of Ottawa. Hugh is survived by his sister Eleanor Chapman and sons Nanimo BC, nephews Brian Trenholm, Jemseg New Brunswick and Randall Trenholm, Ottawa. Predeceased by his sister Lois Trenholm and brother Stephen Peacock. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Hugh’s Life will take place in the summer at Fort William, Quebec with Interment in St. Paul the Hermit Cemetery, Sheenboro, Quebec and will be announced at a later date. Arrangements in care of the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Pembroke.
