Obituary of Kathleen Blake
With her loving family by her side, Kathleen Blake passed away peacefully on Monday, April 29, 2019, at the Long Term Care Home, at the age of 93 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children, Judy (Dougald), Douglas (Lena), Patsy (Doug), Martha (Bill) and daughters- in- law, Marilyn and Gertie; Her beloved grandchildren, Gordon, Edward, Heidi, Brian, Valerie, Robin, Martin, Jamie, Christopher, Rory, Teri Ann, Danny, Maria, Jordon, Katherine and Mark; As well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward, parents, Abner and Jane Chaulk, sons Tommy, Edward jr. and Henry, and her siblings.
As expression of sympathy, donations to the North West River United Church or the Alzheimer Society of Canada will be graciously accepted.
There will be no visitation at the request of the family. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 2:00 pm, at the North West River United Church. Interment to follow at the church cemetery.
