Kathleen “Kay” Elizabeth MacPhee
1939-2019
Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Friday, May 10,
2019, with family by her side, Kay MacPhee (nee MacEachern) of Long
Creek passed away at 79 years.
Loving mother of Lowell
(Lori Anne) MacPhee and Cammy (Jim) Barber. Remembered by
grandchildren Joelle, Jordan, Leiah, Tyler, Riley, Kayla and Matthew.
Also survived by sisters Velma MacDonald, Beryl (Michael) Green;
brother Clyde (Donna, nee Coles) MacEachern; sisters-in-law Heather
(nee MacPhee) Brown and Ferne (nee MacPhee) Finlaison; numerous
nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her husband Bruce; Kay’s
parents Melbourne & Violet (nee MacCannell) MacEachern;
Bruce’s parents Cam & Hilda (nee MacNevin) MacPhee;
sister, Arlene (Chesley) MacDougall; brothers-in-law Mack MacDonald,
Guy Brown; nephew, Mark Green; grandniece KerriAnne
MacDougall.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown
Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held on Monday in the
funeral home chapel at 4 p.m. Interment to follow in Canoe Cove
Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
Visiting hours on Sunday, May 12th from 2 – 5
p.m.
If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the
Provincial Palliative Care Centre.
