Joseph Anthony Joe Legge 2019

Life Story for
Joseph Anthony “Joe” Legge
LEGGE, JOSEPH ANTHONY
Waited until the rain stopped to make his way to his heavenly home on May 16, 2019 at Hospice Niagara at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Helen for 44 years. The BEST FATHER to Lori Beaupit (Bobby) and John Legge (Caralee). The 3 shining stars of his life were his grandchildren Daniella, Brennan and new arrival Olivia. Son of the late Antonio and Mary Legge. Brother of Madeline Pietroiusti and the late John Legge. Brother in law of Anne Larocque (Robert), June Bolton and Drew Wilson (Sharon) . Lovingly remembered by his Aunt Angie and Uncle Harry, many nieces and nephews, and many close friends. Joe worked at the Cyanamid until it’s closure in 1992. He then went on to work at Brock University until he ventured into the Restaurant business (Mick & Angelos), eventually retiring to the golf course and watching his grandchildren’s sporting events. The family will receive friends at Morse and Son Funeral home 5917 Main Street on Saturday May 25th from 10 am-11:30 am. A service will be held at the funeral home directly after. Those who wish to make a memorial donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation on Joe’s behalf would be greatly appreciated. Memorials, photos and condolences may be shared at morseandson.com
