SPINKS, John Michael – November 17 1953 – April 28
2019. Died suddenly and tragically at his happy place, his cabin, in North Cobalt, Ontario with Nicole and Ben by his side.
Survived by his wife of 34 years Julie, daughter Nicole (Ben), son Mykel (fiancée Lindsay), daughter Micheala Weir (fiancée Rob), son Kevin (wife Tabatha), granddaughter Faith Weir, son-in-law Paul Weir, niece Yvonne Mallinson, and siblings Susan and Keith in England. Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Lewis Spinks, brothers Joseph and David, father and mother-in-law Don and Catherine Donaldson. John was a millwright and retired in April 2016 from Johnson Controls. John had a great sense of humour and was immensely proud of his children. His political views could always strike great conversations. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family for a celebration of John’s life on Saturday May 11th, 2019 from 2 to 4pm at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004).
