John Alexander Clark, age 70 of Paisley, passed away on Friday, May 10th, 2019. Beloved husband of Ann (nee Ackert). Loving father of Heather (David) Cooke of Woodstock and Karen Clark of Toronto. Cherished grandfather of Joshua and Abigail. He will be missed by his siblings Doug (Terry) Clark of Mississauga, Elizabeth (Alan) Grant of Teeswater and remembered by his mother-in-law Helen Ackert of Orillia and in-laws; John (Joy) Ackert of Orillia, Paul Ackert of Wingham, David (Susan) Ackert of Calgary, Marc (Robin) Ackert of Orillia and many nieces and nephews.
John was predeceased by his brother Donald Clark, parents John and Hildreth (nee Hall) Clark, and father-in-law Lloyd Ackert.
John’s family will receive relatives and friends for casual visitation from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Tuesday, May 14th, 2019 at the Cameron Funeral Home (1106 Yonge Street S).
His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 15th, 2019 at 11:00 am at Knox Presbyterian Church, Walkerton (208 Cayley Street). Rev. Megan Penfold officiating.
Interment in Douglas Hill Cemetery.
