It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of James “Jim” MacDonald. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. James loved working with his hands as a mechanic, bus driver and streetcar driver in his early years. James will be sadly missed by his sons, Jamie MacDonald (Helen) and Gary MacDonald, and his daughter Kim Marois (Ray Marois). James passed surrounded by his daughter and granddaughters. His heart of gold will be missed by many. In lieu of flowers, donations to the CNIB would be appreciated. At Jim’s request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation with interment in the family plot at the Park Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home. For donations and messages of condolence, www.lougheed.org.
