George Bernard “Bunny” Smearer Jr. of Crocker Hill, NB passed away at the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, NB on Wednesday, May 1, 2019.Husband of the late Evelyn Agnes (Legacy) Smearer.
Born November 23, 1942 at Restigouche, NB, son of the late George M. Smearer and Mary Viola (Miller) Smearer.
Survived by his children Debbie MacDonald (Ronald) of Utopia, NB, Tammy Densmore (Darrell) of Valley Road, NB, Richard Smearer (Roxanne), Joey Smearer both of St. Stephen, NB, Lonnie Smearer (Debbie) of Rolling Dam, NB, fourteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Monday, May 6, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephen Rural Cemetery.
For those who wish, donations may be made to the Charlotte County Cancer Society or a charity of one’s choice.
