Eva-Maria Katharina Wegert (nee Kuhling) passed away peacefully on Monday, May 20, 2019, with family by her side, at the age of 87.
Eva-Maria leaves behind her 2 children, Barb and Gordon Wegert, her 3 grandchildren, Shawn Baszynski, Tania Nadeau and Daniel Ellendt, and her 10 great-grandchildren: Zachary, Jordyn, Chelsea, Quintin, Kayla, Reese, Aiden, Bryce, Addison and Ayvan.
Eva-Maria is predeceased by her husband Herman Wegert (1989).
A Memorial Service will be held at the Castlegar Funeral Chapel on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 1:00pm. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society at www.cancer.ca or Kidney Foundation of Canada at www.kidney.ca would be welcome.
