Emma Ruth Mehrer was born in Medicine Hat, Alberta on October 26, 1927, and went to join Fred, her husband of 55 years, in Heaven on May 28, 2019. She is survived by her children Sharlene (Jacob) Wiebe, Neil (Wanda) Mehrer, Melodie (Vernon) Winter, and Dwayne (Beverley) Mehrer. She was blessed with 18 grandchildren and 25 (and counting!) great grandchildren. Emma had 4 brothers – Ewald, Karl, Ruben and Leonald, and 4 sisters – Valeda, Lillian, Theophilly and Karen.
