Dorothy Morrell
1940-2019
Following a brief illness, Dorothy Morrell of Morrell Siding, NB,
passed away at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on May 9, 2019.
Dorothy was born in Medford, NB, on May 18, 1940. She was the daughter
of the late Peter and Hazel (Sullivan) St. Peter. Dorothy leaves
behind her loving husband of 62 years, Earlen Morrell; her daughters,
Debbie Finlay (Darin) of Bristol, NB, Carolyn Bowmaster (Ronald) of
Perth-Andover, NB, Anna-Marie Murchison (Winfred) of Perth-Andover,
NB, Cheryl Morrell of Saint John, NB, Laurie Corcoran (Hank) of
Plaster Rock, NB, Glenna Morrell (Samuel Cassista) of Perth-Andover,
NB, Judy Inman (Kevin) of Woodstock, NB, and Lisa Price (Marty) of
Morrell Siding, NB; her son, Richard Morrell (Pamela Michaud) of
Morrell Siding, NB; 27 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren;
sisters, Vella Bowmaster of Morrell Siding, NB, Doreen Bowmaster of
Morrell Siding, NB, Lois Baker of Perth-Andover, NB, Joyce St. Peter
(Germaine Powers) of Grand Falls; her brother, Harold St. Peter (Ila
Jean) of Morrell Siding, NB.
Dorothy was predeceased by her parents; her sisters, Leitha Williams,
Hilda Wardwell, Ida Crawford, and Myritta Hitchcock; her brother,
Leylon St. Peter.
Resting at Brunswick Funeral Home with visitation on Saturday from
12-2 pm. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 11th, 2019 at 2
pm from the funeral home. Father Gilbert Doddatto officiating.
Interment will be in St. Paul’s Anglican Cemetery, Limestone Siding,
NB, at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home,
Perth-Andover, NB.
