It is with love and sadness that we announce the passing of Dorothy Schweiger of Edmonton. Dorothy passed away peacefully on the morning of Wednesday May 1, 2019, at the age of 87 in the loving arms of her husband. Dorothy is survived by her husband Fred; son Steven; grandchild Stephanie; numerous relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Bill and Muriel (nee Robinson) Bell.
A Visitation will be held between 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home, 10011-114 Street, Edmonton. A Funeral Service will be held at the same location at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 8, 2019.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Alberta & Northwest Territories, Allendale Professional Centre 306, 10430 – 61 Avenue, Edmonton, T6H 2J3.
