Suddenly on May 2, 2019, Courtney passed away at his home. He was predeceased by his father Richard Schram, his aunt Gloria Wincikaby and his uncle Frank Schram. Courtney is survived and forever remembered by his loving mother Diane Batisse; his sisters Crystal Schram (Steve Lalonde) and Sherry Batisse; his grandparents Dexter Jean Schram; his aunts and uncles Lorena MacKay, Norman (Debbie) Batisse, Marlene (Ken) Collins, Dennis Batisse, Deborah (Bill) Tolhurst, Connie (Mike) Cutting, Christina (Mike) Jerema and Terry (Dan) Guraliuk. Courtney will be missed by 31 cousins, his niece and nephew as well as extended families.

Matachewan First Nations Community Centre
