Charles “Chuck” Edward Richardson, Canadian Veteran Air Craftsman 1st Class with the RCAF stationed in PEI during WWII, passed away peacefully at Kingsway Lodge, St. Marys, on May 29, 2019 in his 97th year.
Cherished husband of Adelle, married 69 years. Loving father of Linda McFadyen, Sue Maraccio (Joe), Jill Richardson, and Charlie Richardson (Denise). Proud grandfather of Amanda McFadyen (Michel), Shannon McFadyen, Katelyn McFadyen (Jared), Lindsay Marcaccio, Michael Maraccio (Sarah), Emily Richardson, Isabel Richardson. Great-grandfather of Zoey Stauder, Noelle and Leo Verrier, Bianca and Vincent Marcaccio. Predeceased by brothers Jack (2009) and Ted Richardson (1990).
Longtime member of St. James Masonic Lodge, St. Marys.
Visitation at the Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home, 47 Wellington St. S. St. Marys (519-284-2820) on Sunday, June 2, from 6 – 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at ST. JAMES ANGLICAN CHURCH, 65 Church St. S. St. Marys, on Monday, June 3, at 11 a.m. Interment in St. Marys Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Marys Healthcare Foundation, St. James Anglican Church or the St. Marys Legion.
