MUISE Catherine L.- age73,of Yarmouth, N.S. passed away peacefully with her family by her side on May 17,2019 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Manchester England she was the daughter of the late Ernest and M. Letha (Moffat) Whitmore. Cathy was a dedicated employee of Zellers in the Yarmouth Mall where she worked until her retirement. She was soft-spoken and got along with most everybody she would meet. She enjoyed knitting, traveling and just going for a long drive. She will be missed by her sisters, Mary (Brendon “Joe”) Walsh, Ottawa, Ann Whitmore and Letha Whitmore both of Yarmouth; brothers Charles ”Tom” (Gayle), Dartmouth and William ”Bill”(Gloria), Port George; 2 nieces,2 nephews ,6 great nephews ,2 great nieces; as well as many close cousins and relatives near and far. Cremation has taken place under the care of Sweeny’s Funeral home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. A graveside memorial service will be held at Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery on June 1st at 2:30 pm with Father Henry Smolanarrs officiating . Donations in Catherine name can me made to the Friends of Gilles Boudreau Cancer Help.
