Carl Gibson
of Palmerston passed away suddenly at the Guelph General Hospital, Guelph on Friday, May 3, 2019 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Joan (Leslie) Gibson for 69 years. Dear father of Jeff Gibson and Teresa Murphy of Parksville, B.C., Lynn Gibson of New Liskeard, Paul and Susan Gibson of St. John’s, Newfoundland, Lisa and Dean Mick of R.R. # 3 Moorefield. Cherished grandfather to his 8 grand and 2 great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by his extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents William and Annie (Brunkard) Gibson, sister Evelyn Rhame and brothers Clifford Gibson and Frederick Gibson. To honour Carl’s wishes there will be a private family interment in Hollen Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
